Bishop (D) Kyle Searcy

Bishop Searcy is an apostle, prayer warrior, teacher, and author whose reputation is well-known and highly respected. As co-founder of Fresh Anointing House of Worship in historic Montgomery, Alabama, he is part of a thriving, multi-racial, multigenerational, international ministry.

During Bishop Searcy’s twenty-plus years of ministry, he has seen the membership of Fresh Anointing increase from approximately 100 to approximately 2,000+ members. In 2007, FAIC responded to “the calling of the Lord” to make a shift and launch out to become the Fresh Anointing House of Worship (FAHOW). Fresh Anointing’s vision is to exalt the Lord, extend the kingdom, and empower the people. Additionally, Bishop Kyle is the Overseer of the Fresh Oil Fellowship of Churches International and eight Fresh Anointing Houses of Worship in the United States: Meridian, MS; Selma, AL; Wetumpka, AL; Birmingham, AL; Augusta, GA; Oswego, IL; Fort Walton Beach, FL; and Tampa, FL. On the continent of Africa, he oversees more than 170 international churches in Africa, including Liberia, Nigeria, and Ghana.

Currently, Bishop Searcy holds a B.S. (1987) and a Master of Education (1996) in Mathematics from Alabama State University (ASU). He is a faithful servant of the church as well as the community. With the wisdom God has given him, he has diligently served in several positions, including as President of KCS Ministries, President of Fresh Start Community Development Corporation, and President of the Montgomery House of Prayer and Worship (MHPW), which is a community prayer center open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Besides serving on the Board of Directors of the Small Business Resource Center and the Montgomery Area Chamber of Commerce, Bishop Kyle is also a member of the Montgomery Area Chamber of Commerce. It was in 2008 that he teamed up with Lou Engle to bring The Call prayer movement to Montgomery, Alabama. As a guest and host on Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN) locally, Bishop Searcy has appeared on the network. Furthermore, he appeared on TBN with host Ben Kinchlow nationally.

He is married to Kemi, a native of Ghana, West Africa. They are the proud parents of four children.
