Bishop Palmer is a native of Princeton, West Virginia. He served his country 30 years and reached the highest enlisted rank. In his latter years of service, he held the position of Command Chief Master Sergeant of the 11th Wing, Bolling Air Force Base where he oversaw the responsibility of 40,000 people.
Bishop Palmer served as a deacon for two years and began preaching the Word of God in 1987. He has worked with multiple Air Force Chapel Programs where he served as interim pastor, President of the Advisory Board, Lay Leader of Ministers, and various other positions. He has preached internationally and served as a pastor and assistant pastor in the local community and interim pastor on divers occasions. Bishop Palmer has served as the Senior Pastor of Israel Total Life Ministries in Waldorf, Maryland for the past 5 years. He is a unique teacher, powerful preacher, and compassionate shepherd full of the Holy Spirit.
Bishop Palmer holds multiple degrees, including a Doctorate Degree in Philosophy in Religious Studies, a Master Degree in Public Administration, Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, and two Associate Degrees (one in Propulsion Engineering and the other in Personnel Administration). He is married to the former Brenda Hurd and they have two grown sons and seven grandchildren.
