Bishop Reeves is a charismatic preacher, perceptive educator, forward-thinking leader, and the creator of New Life Anointed Ministries International, Incorporated. He holds the position of Senior Pastor at the church. Additionally, he founded Restoring Lives Community Development Corporation, an organization that aims to provide education and employment opportunities to underprivileged individuals, and where he currently serves as CEO. His motivational and transformational teachings have impacted numerous pastors, business owners, community leaders, and politicians, inspiring them to pursue a life devoted to Jesus Christ.

Hailing from Forrest City, Arkansas, Bishop Reeves is an accomplished scholar, having graduated from several prestigious institutions, including the University of Southern Arkansas, Arkansas Baptist College, Andersonville Baptist Seminary, and St. Thomas Christian University & Seminary. His academic accolades include an A.A.S. in Computer Science, a B.A. in Biblical Studies, a B.S. in Business Administration, an M.A. in Counseling, a Master of Divinity, and a Doctorate of Ministry degree.

In 1976, Bishop Reeves answered his divine calling and accepted the ministry at the Bibleway Church of God in Christ (COGIC), where he received his ministerial license in 1978. Following this, he was ordained as an Elder and served as an Assistant Pastor in Killeen, Texas, before assuming his first pastorate in Fulda, West Germany.

Bishop Reeves offers spiritual guidance, mentorship, and training to a vast network of more than 200 churches and pastors across several states, including Colorado, Arkansas, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Texas, New York, Pennsylvania, and the District of Columbia. Furthermore, he oversees churches in various international locations such as the Netherlands, England, Germany, Uganda, Kenya, Ghana, Tanzania, Rwanda, Congo, Guyana, and Panama. His impactful teachings and pastoral training have transcended borders, as he has spoken and conducted training sessions in Europe, Africa, North America, and South America.

Bishop Reeves is married to his wife Ollie. They have two children and five grandsons.
