Bishop Neal is the visionary leader and Senior Pastor of Agape Christian Faith Center located in Ramstein-Miesenbach, Germany. He is also the Presiding Bishop & CEO of Elijah’s Bread Ministers, Inc. [EBM], founded primarily to evangelize and provide support to the many unreached people groups within the 10/40 Window and to provide spiritual leadership and covering to churches throughout Europe, Asia, and North America. Through his local church and EBM, Bishop Neal has planted and currently oversees 120+ churches in four continents and nine countries [Germany, England, The Netherlands, France, Sri Lanka, Switzerland, India, Nigeria & the United States]. A native of Lexington, Kentucky, he received his early Christian education and training in the Baptist Church. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 1977. Immediately upon graduation, he was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in the United States Army. He also earned his Masters of Public Administration degree from the University of Missouri at Kansas City, Missouri in 1989. In 2005, The Saint Thomas Christian College of Jacksonville, Florida awarded him an Honorary Doctorate Degree in recognition of his remarkable apostolic achievements in the areas of church planting, missions, and leadership development.
In April 1995, Bishop Neal founded the AGAPE Christian Faith Center in Germany.. As the phenomenal physical and spiritual growth of the ministry in Europe and Asia mandated his full attention, he retired from a distinguished twenty-year military career as a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army to completely focus on the ministry. He is a highly decorated combat veteran who fully understands the art of war, discipline, and leadership.
Bishop Neal has refocused this unique talent and experience toward spreading the gospel throughout Europe and Asia. Bishop Neal is married to the former Wanda Jacquelyn Harris of Kansas, City Missouri and have two married their daughters.

I enjoyed reading the bio on our Bishop. Just one thing, there is an error in the last sentence regarding their daughters. Please remove the their before daughters. It should read and have two married daughters and not have two married their daughters.
